Sandia Foundation is a New Mexico not for profit
corporation founded in 1948 by the late Hugh B. Woodward
and Helen K. Woodward to aid and assist educational,
scientific, benevolent, religious and charitable institutions. |

BENEFICIARIES |
The principal beneficiaries of
the annual income distributed by the Sandia Foundation
are Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania and
the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Each organization receives 45% of the current year’s
total distribution. The remaining 10% is distributed
to various Albuquerque charitable organizations as
stipulated by the Woodward’s and by the Foundations’
Articles of Incorporation. |
